Transaction Terms

1. Free and Premium Plans

OpenQuiz offers a free plan and auto-renewable Premium subscriptions:

• Free Forever: Core learning features including unlimited spaced repetition, dictation practice, and manual flashcard creation
• Premium Monthly: Auto-renewable monthly subscription with unlimited AI features
• Premium Quarterly: Auto-renewable 3-month subscription with all Premium features
• Premium Annual: Auto-renewable yearly subscription with all Premium features

The current price for each plan is displayed in the app at the time of purchase. Prices may change over time; any price change will take effect at your next renewal.

2. Billing & Auto-Renewal

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Purchases through the Apple App Store (iOS): Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions).

Purchases through Google Play (Android): Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically. You can manage and cancel your subscription in the Google Play Store under Subscriptions.

Purchases through our website: You authorize us and our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees and any renewal charges.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Premium access until then. See Renewal / Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for details.
