We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
OpenQuiz offers a free plan and auto-renewable Premium subscriptions:
The current price for each plan is displayed in the app at the time of purchase in your local currency, as provided by the App Store, Google Play, or our web payment processor. Prices may change over time; any price change will take effect at your next renewal and will be disclosed to you in advance where required.
Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Purchases through the Apple App Store (iOS): Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions). No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
Purchases through Google Play (Android): Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically. You can manage and cancel your subscription in the Google Play Store under Subscriptions.
Purchases through our website: You authorize us and our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees and any renewal charges.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Premium access until then.
Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store policies — please submit refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds for purchases made through Google Play are handled by Google in accordance with the Google Play policies. For purchases made directly through our website, refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or share on OpenQuiz, including flashcards, study sets, and learning paths.
By uploading content, you grant OpenQuiz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You agree not to upload or share content that:
You are responsible for ensuring that you hold the necessary rights to any content you upload or share publicly. The fact that content was produced using OpenQuiz tools, or copied from content already available on OpenQuiz, does not relieve you of this responsibility.
OpenQuiz respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to all valid copyright complaints. If you are a rights holder or an authorised agent and believe that content on OpenQuiz infringes your rights, please send a notice to [email protected] with the subject line "Copyright Complaint", including:
We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and act on valid complaints within 10 business days. We may restrict public access to the reported content while a complaint is under review.
Counter-notice: If your content has been removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or that you hold the right to use the material, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address, together with evidence of your right to use it. We will review the counter-notice and restore the content where the objection is well founded.
Repeat infringers: OpenQuiz maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeatedly found to infringe copyright. Accounts subject to three (3) or more valid complaints may be suspended or permanently terminated under Section 3.2.
All content, features, and functionality of OpenQuiz, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of OpenQuiz and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
OpenQuiz uses artificial intelligence to generate flashcards, learning paths, and other educational content. While we strive for accuracy:

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OpenQuiz operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
