1. Payment Methods

  • Bank transfer QR: scan the QR code with any banking app; the system confirms automatically once the transfer arrives
  • Momo wallet: pay via the Momo e-wallet
  • VISA / Mastercard: international card payments
  • Apple App Store / Google Play: for in-app purchases on mobile, payment is handled by Apple / Google

2. How to Pay on the Web

  1. Sign in to your OpenQuiz account
  2. Go to the Pricing page and pick a plan
  3. Choose a payment method (QR, Momo or card)
  4. Complete the payment following the on-screen instructions
  5. Your account is upgraded automatically and immediately after a successful payment

3. Notes for QR Bank Transfers

  • Do not edit the pre-filled transfer note — the system uses it for automatic reconciliation
  • Transfer the exact amount shown on screen
  • If your account isn't upgraded within 10 minutes, contact [email protected] with a screenshot of the transaction

4. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you were charged multiple times by mistake or notice an unauthorized charge, contact [email protected] immediately. We will investigate and refund duplicate or unauthorized charges promptly, regardless of our standard refund conditions.
