Service Termination

1. Termination by OpenQuiz

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate our Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

2. Termination Due to Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank instead of requesting a refund through us, your account will be immediately suspended and may be permanently terminated. See Complaint Handling for details.

3. Ending Your Own Use of the Service

You may stop using OpenQuiz at any time. For Premium plans, cancelling a subscription is not the same as deleting your account — see Renewal / Cancellation Policy. To request account and data deletion, contact [email protected] (see also Personal Data Protection).
