1. User Obligations When Registering

• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

2. Your Rights Over Content

2.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or share on OpenQuiz, including flashcards, study sets, and learning paths.

2.2 License to OpenQuiz

By uploading content, you grant OpenQuiz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

2.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or share content that violates intellectual property rights, is harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, contains malware, or violates applicable laws.

3. OpenQuiz's Obligations

OpenQuiz is obligated to provide the Service as described in Service Provision, protect user data per Personal Data Protection, and handle complaints per Complaint Handling.
